Experience
As Director of Government and Public Affairs at Prism Group, Ashlyn Roberts has a breadth of experience working on policy initiatives in the federal and international lenses. She has experience in coalition management, public affairs, communications, and strategic advisory for government and public affairs verticals. She has worked to conceptualize and build both healthcare and workforce coalitions from the ground up and experience scaling, increasing revenue, building up industry thought leadership, and more.
In 2019 she worked in support of the passage of the U.S./Mexico/Canada free trade agreement (USMCA), building robust stakeholder networks and grassroots/grasstops engagements. Most recently, Ashlyn has dedicated her efforts as an economic development ecosystem advocate for the venture and small business communities.
Prior to Washington, D.C., Ashlyn she worked for an international NGO that promotes education in Madrid, Spain and for three years as a law firm legal aid. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, she holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Spanish from Wofford College.
