Experience

Prior to joining Prism Group, Kyle has held various positions in both the business and government relations sectors. Most recently, Kyle developed and led the National Association of Workforce Boards’ (NAWB) government relations and policy efforts, representing the nation’s 570+ workforce development boards and workforce development stakeholders at the federal level. At NAWB, Kyle also managed and led the Campaign to Invest in America’s Workforce (CIAW), the nation’s largest workforce development coalition. Kyle previously worked for former PA Governor and Secretary of Homeland Security, Tom Ridge, conducting cyber and homeland security policy research. Prior to his transition into government relations and policy work, Kyle started his career as an investment banking strategy analyst within JPMorgan’s Global Analyst Development Program. Kyle holds a BS in Supply Chain Management from Penn State as well as a MS in Public Policy and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
