Six states are in regular session.

WHAT WE'RE WATCHING:

A new Pennsylvania state budget has put $50 million into the Clean Streams Fund, renewing optimism among local conservationists and agricultural workers. A $10 million agricultural innovation fund is also set to open for proposals next month. This funding will aid farmers in reducing runoff and improving water quality, and support innovative agricultural advancements statewide.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear (D) announced the renewal of the state’s contracts with six Innovation Hubs, which provide essential support for startups and entrepreneurs. This initiative will provide statewide economic growth and job creation through a $3 million investment.
