HOUSE TO MARKUP PRIVACY BILL... The House Energy and Commerce Committee will markup the American Privacy Rights Act (APRA) Thursday morning, which creates new federal privacy standards including how information is collected, used, and retained by tech companies with exemptions for small businesses. NFIB has endorsed the small business exemption.
