In that role, I helped New Yorkers navigate the bureaucracy of federal agencies including the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the United States Postal Service. I was also the head of the competitive internship program for Senator Schumer’s NYC office where I hired, trained and supervised over 200 interns.
